Moms song

For most people, it is an amusing, fast-paced snapshot of an American
mother's daily life, not likely helpful to those for whom English is not a
first language.
For minties, it might be an entertaining and useful tool for illustrating
how prevalent -- even inherent -- the righting reflex is for anyone
responsible for young people. I am often concerned that professionals
working with youth experience an urgency to set things right at the expense
of their clients' ability to work actively on becoming the person they want
to be. This can (in some cases) result in programming based more on the
short-term needs of adults rather than the long-term needs of the young
person. You can find the lyrics at http://www.squidoo.com/anitarenfroelyrics/
